Via Verde HOA represents both the Trinity and Estancia Developments Built 2002-2005. We are an organization, dedicated to preserving and protecting the values of the people and homes in our neighborhood.

Via Verde HOA is a fun organization, providing a full range of activities year-round: family picnics, holiday parties, and other fun events. We are here to ensure our neighborhood maintains a standard of appearance that will add to the value of our homes. We are also here to provide a forum for residents to discuss neighborhood issues.

Getting Involved... your attendance to our HOA meetings is essential to help us move an agenda forward, that is good for all of the homeowners in our neighborhood. If your schedule does not permit you to make it to all of our meetings, we hope that this website will help keep you informed.

We feel it is imperative that everyone stay involved with the things that are going on in our immediate area, as well as the area surrounding our homes and the City of Moreno Valley as a whole.
